Don Drinko's practice focuses on representing state fund and self-insured employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio, as well as representing insurance companies and their insureds in extra-contractual liability matters. Since 2009, he has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist. With over 25 years of experience, Don has handled more than 5,000 administrative hearings involving allowance, treatment, compensation, disability (including permanent disability), and subrogation. He has tried over 30 workers’ compensation court appeals to juries across Ohio and has argued appeals before the First, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh District Courts of Appeals.
