Luke McConville practices in the area of business law, counseling business owners, physicians, dentists and professionals in general corporate matters, employment law matters, employment contract drafting and review, business entity selection and formation, purchases and sales of businesses, real estate purchases and sales, and commercial lease transactions.

Luke also has extensive experience in public sector law and is the current Solicitor for the Village of Middlefield.  Luke also represents multiple community improvement corporations.  In the past, Luke has served as law director for the City of University Heights, and Solicitor for the Villages of Newburgh Heights, Sheffield Village and Rogers, and has vast experience in land use matters and municipal law.
